Τhe 5* hotel ‘Royal Apollonia’ in Limassol, member of Louis Hotels Plc Co Ltd, one of the biggest hotel Groups in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a qualified individual in the following position:
Front Office Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the Rooms division departments.
- Resolve guest problems quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up the daily routine and operation of the Front Office Dept.
- Recruitment, training and supervise Front Office personnel.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager or Supervisor in 4* or 5* hotel.
- Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or its equivalent professional certification.
- Excellent level of Greek and English languages (both verbal and written). Any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office.
