Responsibilities:
- Analyze on a constant basis the department activity, payment systems activity, suspicious activity, KYC, AML procedures etc.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department
- Draft policies and procedures relevant for the department
- Manage the procedure of customers account establishment, maintenance and closures
- Manage the processing of all customer deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner
- Keep track of record keeping procedures
- Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and approve correct workflows, help improve internal systems, propose new more efficient procedures
- Assist in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence
- Other administrative work as assigned by the direct manager from time to time
Qualifications and skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a CySEC regulated investment firm
- Experience in management position will be considered an advantage
- Experience in recruiting personnel
- University degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and target oriented
- Excellent command of the English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
