Responsibilities:

  • Analyze on a constant basis the department activity, payment systems activity, suspicious activity, KYC, AML procedures etc.
  • Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department
  • Draft policies and procedures relevant for the department
  • Manage the procedure of customers account establishment, maintenance and closures
  • Manage the processing of all customer deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner
  • Keep track of record keeping procedures
  • Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor and approve correct workflows, help improve internal systems, propose new more efficient procedures
  • Assist in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence
  • Other administrative work as assigned by the direct manager from time to time

 

Qualifications and skills:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a CySEC regulated investment firm
  • Experience in management position will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in recruiting personnel
  • University degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and target oriented
  • Excellent command of the English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
