Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, an IT Solutions Provider company, is seeking to recruit a Business Software Consultant in Limassol;

Responsibilities:

  • Involve in the design, configuration, migration, testing and training of the business software and technology solutions to meet project’s scope, timeline and budget.
  • Design and implement changes in the system that aim to enhance client’s existing business processes and overall performance.
  • Provide support; including researching and resolving functional system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet client’s requirements.
  • Prepare training documentation and educate clients based on the implemented business software and technology solutions as per client’s business processes and requirements.
  • Support the pre-sales activities for new clients or product updates for existing clients by preparing, contributing and participating in sales presentations and proposal preparations.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends with a focus on product and service development as well as the application of business software and technology solutions.
  • Involve in internal projects that aim to enhance internal business processes and overall performance.
  • Perform administrative tasks as per company’s internal policies and procedures.
  • Lead, engage and motivate team members. Conduct short, regular meetings to discuss and record milestones, accomplishments, successes and challenges as they occur, monitor progress on goals, and provide coaching as required. Involve in recruiting process of potential candidates.
  • Identify value added opportunities within existing accounts to maintain a client-account manager relationship; understand client’s operating environment and suggest alternative or additional business software and technology solutions to increase client’s business performance.
  • Develop and monitor project plan, scope and objectives in collaboration with project management office. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors that will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • LCCIs Financial & Quantitative Level 1 & 2.
  • Knowledge of SAP Technologies; ERP, Business Intelligence systems, Accounting or other Business Software will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in Greek and English language is required.
  • Excellent business writing skills as well as excellent analytical and research skills are required.
  • Ability to work in teams with good interpersonal skills.
