We are currently recruiting an English-speaking HR Junior Officer to join our team in Limassol. The successful candidate will take the lead of various HR activities.
- Advertising job ads through various recruiting channels and HR websites.
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and filing system.
- Arranging interviews with potential candidates.
- Headhunting, interviewing and shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews with line managers.
- Preparation of all necessary documents for new employees to comply with CySEC regulations.
- Organising in-house and corporate events.
- Liaising with various restaurants and shops for employee discounts and benefits.
- Managing annual and sick leaves data for the company.
- Native English speaker or fluency in English is a must.
- A University Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or any other related field.
- Familiar with social media and comfortable with posting ads on social media platforms – plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications.
