Responsibilities of our future teammate:

• Assisting in recruitment, selection and onboarding procedures by developing Job Descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, collecting documents from new employees, assisting in social media posting etc.
• Arranging relocation procedures in terms of corporate apartments
• Assisting in Yellow slip procedures of personnel
• Prepare and update all the documents for new and existing employees (contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding forms, reference letters etc.)
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
• Maintain employee records in soft and hard copy forms according to HR policies and legal requirements

Our requirements:

• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• 1-2 years of working experience in the HR field
• University Degree in Business/Management/HR or any related field
• Knowledge of Cyprus Labour Law will be considered an advantage
• Strong team spirit
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent attention to detail
• Highly motivated and pleasant personality
• Successful candidates should be expected to start immediately and/or not later than 4 weeks, once the offer has been made
