Head of Ecommerce Product

Key Responsibilities:

On behalf our client , an innovative service provider specializing in provided tailor-made solutions for the iGaming industry is looking to employ a Head of Ecommerce Product.

As a head, you will be fully responsible of the efficiency, scalability and Compliance of the Risk management and Ecommerce product.

As a Senior you will be the person who masters the ecommerce product in and out and always thrives to deliver above expectations while working smarter not harder.

As a lead you will be the person nurturing the skills development of each member on the team when it comes to the eCommerce Product in particular.

• Guarantee the constant availability of proper operationality of payment methods and risk management tools in all present and planned markets.
• Perform payment methods’ applications, configuration, testing deployment.
• Provide team training, write or optimise procedures related to your products.
• Build Metrics and reports on transactions/ Service Providers; share insights to improve:
  • Approval rates
  • Transactions cost
  • Risk and Fraud Mitigation
• Regularly review and optimize the full end users’ (both clients and agents) journeys through the eCommerce and risk management products.
• Independently determine transaction issues, damaging activities and be able to act according to procedures while proposing more efficient solutions or ideas.
• investigate and report valuable updates on ecommerce products and competitor sites.
• Regularly initiate performance and cost analysis on Software and department procedures.
• Review, approve or reject account registrations, deposits and withdrawals.

General Requirements

• Strong Interest in process improvement.
• Strong Interest in data Analysis (Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc…).
• Strong motivation to constantly improve.

Essential Competencies

Excellent Knowledge of i-gaming Payment Methods and risk management tools in various Markets and under various jurisdictions.

• Master knowledge of:
  • Merchant accounts applications.
  • Contracts and fees reviews.
  • eCommerce compliance and Payment risk management.
  • eCommerce/ risk Management architecture and flow design.
  • Integrations planning and coordination.
  • QA and Production testing.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis or similar software.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Remuneration and benefits

• 50-80k  including bonuses
• Gym allowance (euro 250annually )
• Team events on regular basis

Monday to Sunday shifts from 9-6pm (5 day work week )
