Fleet Maintenance Assistant (CY_FMA_2019)

We are seeking for a well-organized Fleet Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team at Hertz Cyprus. The ideal candidate will fully support our Fleet Maintenance Dept.

Main Duties

• Prepare documentation regarding car maintenance approvals
• Handle and monitor company’s cars’ maintenance and repair matters
• Support organizing and auditing of car maintenance procedures
• Communicate daily with customers and suppliers
• Ensure the maintenance records for fleet are accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform various general office responsibilities in the Maintenance dept. such as answering the telephone, handling mail, filling all relevant documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Similar working experience is a prerequisite.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline relevant field although not a prerequisite will be considered as an asset
• Very good command of Greek and English language
• Excellent user of Microsoft Office Suite
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive and mature attitude
• Ability to work within a team
