The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and diligent International Payroll Coordinator to join our growing Payroll department.

The International Payroll Coordinator will provide valuable support to our Payroll team with the calculation and administration of payroll and foreign currency exchange, aiding our internal colleagues with their sales enquiries and providing a smooth and efficient service to our clients.

This role would suit a numerically-minded, organised and quick-to-learn individual who is keen to work as part of a dynamic and international Payroll team.

Mauve Group’s head offices are based in London, York, Dubai and Paphos, Cyprus; this role will be based in the Paphos office. The successful candidate must be able to legally live and work in Cyprus.

 

Your duties in this role will include:

  • Calculation of monthly payroll figures;
  • Handling internal and external payroll queries;
  • Foreign exchange currency booking;
  • Administrative support to Payroll team.

 

To be successful in this role you should be:

  • Highly numerate with superior analytical skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • A motivated team-player;
  • In possession of excellent time-management and communication skills;
  • A strong decision-maker with good reasoning skills;
  • Fluent in English – verbal and written;
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
