The Cyprus company is looking for a candidate for the position of construction project manager to control the Real Estate construction in Cyprus.

Duties: 

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to estimate costs.
• Overseeing all constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Analyze and manage risks.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Local, with the ability to work in Cyprus.
• Proven previous work experience in similar position in Cyprus for more than 5 years.
• Advanced knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
