If you are an experienced Sales Representative – Call Centre, and can work remotely, then we are looking forward to youjoining our family.

What will your job look like?

• As part of the Call Centre, be the first point of contact for customers by phone
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and handle customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and services by phone
• Generate/follow up on leads and reach sales targets
• Update all relevant systems and administrate all related documentation

All you need is…

• Proven work experience in a customer service/sales role is a must
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Understanding of technical aspects of the industry
• Education to a degree level will be considered as advantage
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
• Fluency in Greek and English language (written and oral)
• Computer literate, with very good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline and sales targets
