On behalf of our client, a reputable construction Group of Companies, we seek to recruit an experienced and high calibre professional for the position of Human Resources Manager, to be based in Larnaca.
THE POSITION
The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will have the responsibility of managing and coordinating the HR function. More specifically, key responsibilities of the person to be appointed include, amongst other:
- Clearly communicate the Company’s vision and values and strengthen people’s motivation and engagement through targeted activities
- Ensure that the HR initiatives are aligned with the business needs and monitor and coordinate the implementation of the HR policies and practices
- Align the corporate strategy with the rewards and incentives policies and practices of the Company
- Maintain and update all HR policies that support the Company’s strategy (Employee Handbook, Remuneration Policy, Recruitment Policy, Succession Planning, Reward System and KPIs)
- Handle recruitment needs and source, evaluate and recruit talented professionals, that will fulfil the related manpower needs
- Identify training needs and prepare trainings plans at company, team and individual level
- Effectively facilitate the performance evaluation process and consolidate the annual results into structured reports so as to enable decision-making at the Senior Management level
- Prepare HR related reports with meaningful indicators for the Management
- Check monthly payroll calculations and execute salary payments
- Maintain updated and detailed employee records
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or in a related discipline
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or in a related field will be considered as an advantage
- At least seven (7) years of professional experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the existing employment legislation and best practices related to his/her duties
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer literacy
