Our client, a Financial Services company is looking for a Receptionist / Office administrator for their offices based in Limassol. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Translate documents into English from Russian and vice versa
  • Maintain the staff records
  • Standard secretarial duties and responsibilities, such as answer calls, take messages, handle correspondence, manage incoming and outgoing post (local and international courier services), order stationary and other office supplies.
  • Perform general clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing of the documents.
  • Offer administrative support to the wider business, undertaking any ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.
  • Maintain office equipment, like, overseeing cleaners and scheduling maintenance activities, such as, air conditioning and alarm services.
  • Collate and file administrative expenses (cash)
  • Travel support: book and arrange tickets, transport and accommodation

 

Requirements: 

  • Fluency in English and Russian languages is required, Greek would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferable
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organised, responsible, able to work under pressure
  • Working hours 9.00-18.00/ The candidates must be eligible to work in Cyprus
