Maxigrid Ltd, a Cyprus Investment Firm, located in Limassol and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, is seeking to employ for the position of Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the company chats, E-mails and calls
  • Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Receiving and handling inquiries from clients through Phone Calls, Chat, E-mails
  • Offer support to the clients within the specified time frame
  • Keeping records of all communications and action taken
  • Communication with other departments
  • Follow up with clients and schedule call backs
  • Work independently and as a part of a team
  • Follow standard procedures

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker
  • Previous customer support experience will be considered as advantage
  • Experience/background in Forex and the Financial Market will be considered as advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
