What You’ll Do:

As an Account Manager you will be collaborating closely with the management and product teams, and evangelise our product to prospects and customers to build long-term, trusting relationships. You will oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively pursue new sales opportunities. More specifically you will:

• Manage the entire sales process including closing and customer onboarding
• Build trust and relationships with customers. Understand their business needs and current use of Proto.io and/or Overflow to identify new use cases and optimise the value of our products
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers and handle customers’ individual needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Give product presentations and demos to existing and prospective customers
• Identify qualified leads and move them further in the sales process
• Negotiate annual contracts with top customers
• Partner closely with product teams to ensure we’re factoring customer feedback in ongoing product development

• Hands on experience in sales
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Eligible to work in the EU 

We greatly value as a plus:

• 2+ years of direct client management experience, ideally in a software company
• Startup Experience
• Experience with Saas business models and remote sales
• Experience with UI/UX design software
• Knowledge of the design software market
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive or HubSpot)
• Experience in giving remote presentations
