AAA Trade is seeking an innovative and energetic Human Resources Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the Company’s overall business strategy.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Promoting the Company’s values and shaping its culture
• Bridging management and employee relations
• Nurturing a positive and productive workplace environment for maximum performance
• Managing the overall performance and functioning of the human resources department
• Managing the recruitment and talent selection process
• Overseeing performance appraisals
• Assessing training needs and applying development programs
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resources management
• Reporting to management and providing effective HR policy decision support

Key Requirements

• Proven relevant experience
• Ability to design strategy and lead personnel
• Confident, dynamic, energetic and creative personality
• High level interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and best HR practices
• University degree in Human Resources Management
• Fluency in the English language
• Advantageous characteristics are knowledge of the financial industry and fluency in the Greek language
