Our client, a well-established business with activities in the real estate industry specialized on property development, is looking to hire a Receptionist to join their Headquarters team in Larnaca.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Performing external duties
  • Simple data entry into accounting system
  • Maintaining clean reception area and conference rooms
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail and organizing outgoing parcel
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Arranging Travel and accommodations
  • Helping other departments with clerical receptionist and administration duties

Candidate Profile

  • Computer Literate, with very good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and WORD,
  • Willing to learn and eager to work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English Language (both oral and written)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good problem solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Team player
  • Pleasant personality
