Requirements:

• Experience with alcoholic beverages and cocktails
• Experience with the preparation of coffee and nonalcoholic beverages is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of all necessary operational policies includes Food Hygiene and Health and Safety.
• Trainable and team working individual
• Good computer skills to ensure bar can host guest and take orders using POS
• Fluent knowledge of Greek and English language

Job Duties:

• Communicate with the whole bar team to ensure the business runs smoothly and the guests receive our best service
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
