Our client is a leading Trust Services & Cyber Security Provider in the EMEA region. For over 20 years they have delivered solutions for large Financial Institutions, Telecom companies, Utilities & Governmental Organizations and Multinationals within the region. Over the years, they have grown into one of the leading Cyber Security Company in Greece and South-Eastern Europe.  

Due to their international expansion, they are in the process of recruiting a Security Engineer for their Cyprus subsidiary, based in Nicosia.  

The purpose of your role is primarily to perform solution architecture and deployment for Security solutions, assigned to you by the Security Solutions Manager, ensuring that every solution designed and/or implemented will be completed on time, on budget and will exceed customer expectations. As a Security Engineer, you will be involved with the planning, design, implementation and fine-tuning of Endpoint Security, Network Security, EDR Solutions and Data Analytics/SIEM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the pre-sales activities, compose RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and present solutions to prestigious multinational customers and partners
• Execute delivery work that meets or exceeds world-class standards and demanding expectations based on a strong understanding of client’s business and needs
• Identify additional opportunities within client organizations, and support the creation of customer-facing proposals, statement of work, and presentations by providing technical review and demonstrate the value
• Document new installations, perform troubleshooting and resolution actions
• Follow up, escalate and participate in solving technical problems, where needed
• Reviewing new security solutions in order to enhance the company's product portfolio.
• Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate value and competence in core service areas, in particular Endpoint Security, Advanced Persistent Threat, Mail, and Web Access Security and Data Analytics solutions

Your Profile:

• University Degree in ICT or related discipline,
• Postgraduate Degree in ICT or InfoSec will be considered as a plus,
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Information Security technologies will be considered as a strong plus
• Information Security Certifications in any of the aforementioned technology areas will be considered as a strong plus,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Internetworking, including Active Directory and Microsoft Server Services
• Good Networking skills
• Excellent command of MS Office, including Visio and Project,
• Advanced command of English (additional language will be considered as a plus),
• Flexibility to travel to the EMEA Region
