Company Description:

On behalf of our Client, a Real Estate – Developing Company, we are seeking to recruit a high caliber professional for the position of Architect, to be based at our client’s offices in Protaras. 

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for architectural conceptual planning/design and development work for projects. His/her tasks will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Responsible for project monitor and coordination from beginning until completion
• Prepare and present design proposals to management and clients
• Liaise regularly with clients to address their needs, expectations, purpose of the building and the environmental effects
• Interact with Engineers, Procurement Managers, Quantity Surveyors on regular basis
• Negotiate with contractors and other professionals
• Attend regular meetings with contractors, stakeholders and clients
• On-site visits to monitor project conditions and progress of the daily activities
• Control of budgets and ensure that the project is running within the agreed time frame
• Deal with problems that might arise and advice clients on various matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree in a related field will be considered as an advantage
• At least 5 years of proven relevant working experience as an Architect
• Deep knowledge of local planning laws, construction licensing procedures and material specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT 3D, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or other related softwares
• Proficiency in the English and Greek languages
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
