Holiday representative wanted for Israeli holiday makers

Requirements:

• Pleasant, trustworthy and punctual individual
• Excellent command of Hebrew & English
• Full driving licence
• Outgoing, confident and energetic personality
• Commitment to high levels of customer service
• Planning and organisational skills
• A friendly and approachable manner
• Problem-solving ability

Duties:

• Meeting guests at the airport
• Escorting guests to their accommodation
• Organising and hosting welcome meetings
• Responding to clients queries, handling client issues
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the resort and the local area in order to answer clients questions
• Checking hotel standards and safety procedures
• Keeping records and writing reports
• Referring complaints and problems to senior management
