As an Account Manager- English Speaking, you will be responsible to provide guidance to our existing and new clients in order to meet and exceed their expectations.

Main Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain professional business relationships with clients;
• Promote AAA Trade’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner;
• Provide clients with on-going updates on the market, positioning and account performance;
• Assist clients with any platform/financial trading related queries;
• Offer quality and efficient support to existing and potential clients.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience is a must;
• Fluency in English language is a must;
• Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Self-confident, dynamic and strong networking skills.
