Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a luxurious Holiday Hotel/Apartments located in Paphos, is seeking to recruit a General Manager;
Responsibilities:
- Supervise work of all Departments: Front Office, Housekeeping & Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Accounting & Finance; work closely with department heads on a daily basis
- To maintain and strengthen our core company values and guest centric approach
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Budget and reporting to the Board of Directors
- Provide effective leadership to team members; create a supportive work environment for employees to keep high motivation levels
- Ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOP’s, policies and service standards
- To be an ambassador for the brand and company
Qualifications:
- A strong background of management level experience within the hotel industry
- Fluent Greek and English
- Friendly, energetic, patient, diligent
- A professional manner and a calm, rational approach in crisis situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills and essential entrepreneurial abilities
- Genuine desire to learn and develop
