CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly reputable Group of Companies with diverse business interests including Hospitality, Leisure, Real Estate & Travel, we are seeking to recruit a highly organised Secretary to join their expanding team of professionals based in Paphos. The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar position and be fluent in both Greek and English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain agenda and assist in planning appointments.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Answer, screen and forward phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Make travel arrangements for Managing Director.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming and outcoming correspondence.
  • Handle confidential documents.
  • Keep updated records.
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Prior experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
