Senior Product Development Executive

Cablenet Communication Systems Ltd seeks to recruit a full-time person for the following career opportunity based in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will report to the Intelligence Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an intimate understanding of the commercial and technical systems/features/capabilities currently used (Product Catalogue), and to be used in future, for the product development of new services
• Manage the investigative and narrative process for the drafting of new Product-Service-Offer [PSO] specification documents in accordance with the company’s ISO standards process by liaising with the various technical and commercial staff/units
• Manage the delivery of the assigned and approved products, services, offers, and promotions in accordance to the standard project management flow, and ensure that the assigned projects are delivered on time
• Ensure that the proper validation, verification and testing of newly developed products, services, offers, and promotions is completed and delivered into production and that all troubleshooting measures are taken in order to rectify any anomalies detected or reported with the respective products, services, offers, and promotions
• Develop and deliver clear and effective oral and visual presentations and explanations to all relevant company staff and be also responsible to train-the-trainer regarding the general products and services commercially available by Cablenet
• Manage and maintain the Online Shop and CyCompare [OCECPR] environment as well as regarding the Cablenet products and services

Qualifications:

• Degree in any Science field or in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Telecom Engineering or Computer Science/IT/MIS
• 3 years of working experience in a Project Management or Product Development role. Experience in the Telecommunications sector will be considered an advantage
• Have a creative, structured mind and a broad perspective
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to structure thoughts in a clear Greek & English narrative, with supportive visuals and tables
• Takes initiative, self-motivated, analytical and inquisitive
• Team player
• Patient, persistent, and methodical
