Media Buying Team Leader

OPTICLICKS is looking for a Media Buying Team Leader. You will lead and manage a Facebook media buying team, with the help of colleagues your duties will be to achieve high ROIs within approved verticals. You will choose the advertising angles and approaches yourself. In this role, you should be an effective negotiator, critical thinker and able to manage your supporting team and at the same time establish trust and build rapport with clients and media professionals.

Requirements

• understanding of how performance advertising works
• experience with any self-serve advertising platform
• monitor costs and return on investment
• understanding of ad tracking in performance marketing
• fluent English. Russian knowledge is an advantage
• basic HTML skills are an advantage
• management experience is an advantage
