This position operates from our office in Nicosia

Your role

• Manage the full software implementation life cycle in close cooperation with the customer’s team. The work includes all the necessary steps from implementing systems, understanding customer processes, collecting the data needed from customization to training and “go-live”
• Ensure that the customer gets the maximum benefit from our systems and is satisfied with their use. Recording and following customers’ requests and ideas for new features or enhancements
• Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels.
• Provide support to our customers for data analysis using Business Intelligence and data mining tools
• Generate leads and identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
• Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.
• Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and our company.
• Produce content for successful projects that will be published in social media or presented it in conferences
• Work closely with our Product Development teams for the design & implementation of new features & services

Your profile

You will be representing our company in the eyes of the outside world. We look for candidates with the following qualifications:

• University degree in any of the following fields: information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering, biology
• Some basic knowledge of databases and SQL Language
• Good communicators: demonstration of excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek 
• Action oriented, take actions and take chances, take ownership
• Patient, Organized, Empathetic, Adaptable and Positive
• Detail-oriented
• A small experience in BI tools (like PowerBI) will be an extra asset but is not a prerequisite
