  • Arranging meetings and keeping calendar updated
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Helping CEO with Action List update and priorities
  • Trips arrangements with Travel Agents (flights, hotels)
  • Arranging meetings program during the trip
  • Assisting CEO with potential clients and existing clients work
  • Working with CEO and other departments on internal company projects and procedures
  • Assist CEO on various ad-hoc projects
  • Coordinate projects working with all levels of internal management, staff and outside parties
  • Update of Contacts Database
  • Act as a link between departments and update CEO on any developments
  • Assisting and training other staff members on various office issues
  • Work closely with HR department (interviews, employees issues)
  • Typing, Scanning, Copying, Shredding
  • Physical & Electronic Filing
  • Compose and format correspondence and office documentation
  • Assisting with Professional Memberships (registration, CPD records, etc)
  • Assisting with conferences, seminars and courses arrangements
  • Help with personal arrangements (electronic orders, eWallet, Gym, courses, etc)
  • Conducting Market Research for potential clients
  • Preparation of daily timesheet for CEO

Applicants should have at least two years of Executive PA experience
