- Arranging meetings and keeping calendar updated
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Helping CEO with Action List update and priorities
- Trips arrangements with Travel Agents (flights, hotels)
- Arranging meetings program during the trip
- Assisting CEO with potential clients and existing clients work
- Working with CEO and other departments on internal company projects and procedures
- Assist CEO on various ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate projects working with all levels of internal management, staff and outside parties
- Update of Contacts Database
- Act as a link between departments and update CEO on any developments
- Assisting and training other staff members on various office issues
- Work closely with HR department (interviews, employees issues)
- Typing, Scanning, Copying, Shredding
- Physical & Electronic Filing
- Compose and format correspondence and office documentation
- Assisting with Professional Memberships (registration, CPD records, etc)
- Assisting with conferences, seminars and courses arrangements
- Help with personal arrangements (electronic orders, eWallet, Gym, courses, etc)
- Conducting Market Research for potential clients
- Preparation of daily timesheet for CEO
Applicants should have at least two years of Executive PA experience
