Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a leading corporate services organisation is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to be based in their Larnaca Office;

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of various corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, agreement, powers of attorneys, registers, letters etc.)
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the internal corporate department
  • Ensure that all the necessary changes that need to be made with the Registrar of Companies are made on time, and that all Certificates are updated and kept in file for a specific portfolio of legal entities
  • Carry out the liquidation process for legal entities
  • Reviewing, amending, commenting to various documents subject for execution
  • Liaison with local and foreign banks with regard to various matters
  • Filing
  • Various ancillary administrative work

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Legal studies or Business Management or associated subjects
  • 1– 2 years of relevant experience will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English &Greek (both oral and written)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • A team player with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions but also take initiatives were required
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook
