CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly prestigious, International Group of Companies with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a highly organised and suitably experienced Property Executive to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant must have previous and proven experience within the Property Management field and possess excellent communication skills in English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of a whole-of-organization property strategy to underpin service excellence and long-term sustainability.
- Exercising sound business judgement, identify, investigate and analyse development opportunities, including innovative solutions.
- Coordinating with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Appraise property values.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
- Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to clients and explain their features.
- Explain technical product or service information to customers.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to strategy, management, decision-making and capacity building.
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven working experience in property management including sales, marketing, negotiation skills, project management, documentation.
- Strong understating of real estate market aspects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study.
- Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
- Familiar with commercial construction building codes, energy codes, barrier free codes, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in assembling and leading project team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience in budget management and handling issues and risks.
- Monitoring, reporting and documentation.
