We are currently looking to recruit a high caliber and experienced professional to join our Deal Advisory department in Nicosia.

The Opportunity:

• Participating in valuations and reviewing property valuations 
• Performing research and analysis and also assisting in the preparation of surveys, brochures and thought leadership material 
• Compiling or assisting in compilations of financial projections and performing financial analysis of real estate projects
• Participating in or managing various client engagements
• Assisting in the preparation of reports
• Participating in transaction evaluation exercises
• Assisting in restructuring processes involving real estate

The Requirements:

• University degree with a grade 2:1 or equivalent in Management/Development/Valuation of Property disciplines
• At least three (3) years of related working experience
• Very good knowledge of the Real Estate Market and the legal and planning framework in the real estate sector
• Member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ΕΤΕΚ) and RICS qualification will be considered as a strong advantage
• Proven loan restructuring and debt for asset swap transactions experience will be considered as a strong advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
