Main responsibilities

• Manage the compliance function of the Company reporting to the Board of Directors and Senior Management
• Ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements, identify any regulatory and AML compliance issues and oversee remedial actions, if any
• Perform Know Your Client and Client Due Diligence procedures, conduct KYC verification and ensure compliance with AML and CFT requirements 
• Conduct AML and regulatory compliance monitoring and periodical reviews of clients and third party KYC
• Prepare and submit the Compliance Reports to the Board of Directors of the Company and/or to CySEC
• Assist in the preparation and update of the Company's policies and procedures in order to be in line with CySEC's requirements
• Keep abreast with current regulatory and legislative developments

What we are looking for

• Holder of a University Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or in a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with exposure in regulatory compliance, AML compliance and MiFID II
• Holder of the Advanced CySEC Certificate 
• Holder of the CFA qualification or studying towards the CFA qualification will be considered an advantage 
• IT literate
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
