We, a well-established Top 10 Audit & Accounting Firm based in Nicosia, are looking to hire a partly-qualified auditor to join our Audit team.

The successful candidate will be offered on the job training and will be part of a young and highly professional audit team, servicing a diverse and multidiscipline portfolio of local and international clients

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

• Performing the audits of the assigned portfolio of companies in accordance with ISAs
• Preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Performing tax computations in accordance with Cyprus tax law
• Liaising with clients, managers and directors to timely resolve all the audit matters and complete the engagements within the set timeframe   
   

Qualifications

• 1 – 3 years working experience with an audit firm in a similar position
• Partly-qualified ACA or ACCA
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work unsupervised
• Computer literature
• Working knowledge of the Caseware software
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

The working hours are:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (with a midday break); and
• Wednesday and Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm.
