AAATrade is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with advance knowledge in finance and banking industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting contracts and other legal documents;
• Performing legal research;
• Providing legal support / guidance to the Company’s departments;
• Coordinating with the Company’s external legal advisors;
• Leasing with Banks and provide relevant assistance and advice.

Key Requirements

• University Degree in Law;
• Qualified Lawyer / Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
• At least 2 years of experience in the corporate sector. Previous experience in the Financial Services and Banking sector will be considered as an advantage;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills;
• Fluent in English and Greek;
• Ability to work under strict deadlines;

• Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms will be considered an advantage.
