 Job Description

• Keeping accounting records
• Preparation of management accounts, group reports, statutory financial statement under IFRS or other local GAAP (Swiss GAAP/Lux GAAP) – monthly, quarter, annually
• Liaising with external auditors’ requests
• Dealing with tax department requests
• Knowledge of VAT legislation
• Any other ad-hoc reports required by Management
• He/she will be in charge of the full accounting for the Cyprus companies, including the Cyprus shareholders
• He/she will supervise and manage bank accounts for the Group, monitoring investments
• Responsible for any compliance requirements
• Enhance corporate profile.
• Report and liaise with remote management team members in Switzerland, Denmark and Monaco
• Manage administrative procedure, bank accounts, monitoring investments and compliance
• Hold positions as managing director in group companies

 Your Profile

• Educated to degree level in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Experienced Accountant with approx. 5 years’ experience, preferably with experience in the Big Four
• Fluency in English (Written & Spoken)
• Knowledge of mainstream accounting software such as E-Soft or Sage etc
• Excellent team player with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime when deadlines are due and necessary
• Adaptable character and able to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently with min supervision
• Experience in accounting for Cyprus holding companies and international clients - essential
