Are you interested in working for a fast-growing company? We have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting out his/her HR career or someone looking to take the next step up in HR. This is a new role due to growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties
  • Compiling and updating employee records
  • Deal with employees request regarding HR issues, rules and regulation
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries  
  • Be part of the recruitment process, schedule interviews, employment contracts, onboarding
  • Coordinate trainings including invitations and evaluations of training
  • Preparing and amending HR documents and processes where necessary
  • Administer and maintain all the records regarding employee benefits
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork and update files and/or systems regarding maternity, paternity, sick leaves & HRDA forms
  • Coordinate and/or participate in all company events and parties
  • Participate in HR projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of one year relevant work experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Good knowledge of Cyprus labor law
  • Both Greek and English languages are essential
  • Ability to work in a high confidential environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, polite and enthusiastic
