On behalf of our Client, a CySec regulated Forex broker, we are looking for an Italian Speaking Sales Agent to be based at their office in Limassol, Cyprus. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Handles incoming leads and converts them into clients of the company
• Communicates marketing promotions to the clients
• Builds trust with the clients
• Increases the number of verified clients and depositors
• Promotes the company’s brand
• Contacts existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Manages client relationships and satisfaction through proactive support, training and ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date market and pricing information
• Promotes company’s new products and service
• Educates clients on how to use the trading platform
• Provides basic understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients
• Contributes to company’s growth by reaching financial targets
• Analyses, identifies, plans, designs and implements opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights
• Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information

Main Requirements

• University degree in a business-related field
• Sales experience in the Forex Industry
• Fluent in Italian is required
• Excellent command of English language
• Strong sales and customer skills
• Advanced computer literacy
• Excellent communication and team work skills
• Valid work permit required
