We are a business consultancy firm headquartered in London with a local branch in Cyprus. We are looking for a self-employed lawyers who can work with us on case-by-case basis. This role is a self-employed role and will fit someone who likes to work on case-by-case basis in a flexible environment.

Required Qualities

• Law Degree.
• The successful candidate should be a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Job Description

• Reporting to Branch Manager.
• Undertaking any kind of corporate procedures in the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver (Cyprus) and communicating/liaising with or attend to the Government Departments.
• Conducting Cyprus Company Formations.
• Registering a branch or a subsidiary of international firm in Cyprus.
• Opening of Bank Accounts in Cyprus or abroad for registered companies.

Job Requirements

• Interested to work as a self-employed individual.
• You can work from home or from our office.
• Able to attend the meetings in our office twice a week.
• The successful candidate should be a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Fluent in English and Native in Greek.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Dynamic with pleasant personality.
• Self-motivated.

Package

• Generous profit share package; 50.000 OTE annual.
• Generous Payments case-by-case basis.
