Bonnici Household (Cyprus) Ltd. forms part of Bonnici Group (Malta), the franchisee holders of JYSK in Cyprus.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Leader will be responsible for:

• Ensuring efficient and customer friendly service is delivered at all times.
• Making sure the store is always sales ready, fully stocked and tidy.
• Daily task planning, allocation, prioritisation, delegation and follow up.
• Recruiting, developing and training shop staff.
• Coordinating and participating in staff and information meetings. 
• Assisting the Shift manager with training and manging staff.
• Responding to customer complaints and customer enquires.

This position requires the Candidate to:

• Be result-oriented and who can see the broad picture of tasks to be performed.
• Have previous experience in the retail industry and in a similar supervisory role.
• Have a financial acumen.
• Thrive in a dynamic and busy environment.
• Be good at keeping track of many different issues, at the same time and pay attention to details and plan towards having efficient and customer friendly systems.
• Be customer service oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• Have good IT skills along with an ECDL certification.
• Be fluent in Greek and English language.
