What will you do…

• Be the first point of contact for customers by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs.
• Generating/ follow up leads and reach sales targets.
• Follow up any pending applications and maintain client records.
• Administrate all paperwork related to customer service.
• Use of all necessary software applications to support new and existing customers requests.

What we are looking for…

• Proven work experience in a customer service/sales role is a must
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Understanding of the technical aspects of the job role
• Educated to a degree level will be considered as advantage
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• Computer literate
• Availability to work during weekends or work in shifts ending at 20:00 pm.
