A busy, vibrant real estate office with island-wide offices and a solid brand, is looking for their next customer service officer to join this expanding team. If you enjoy being among people, working on a CRM system and assisting customers then this is the perfect job for you.
Job description
- Answer and redirect phone calls appropriately
- Meet and greet visitors to the office
- Work on and update the company CRM system accordingly
- Assist in the office organization and management of the sales agents
- Perform admin duties as and when required by office colleagues
- Assist various departments with additional admin based duties
Your Profile
- At least 1 years’ experience in customer support or admin role; if this was in real estate or real estate sales it would be considered an advantage
- University degree in Business admin, Real estate or Marketing would be an advantage
- Solid, proven telephone etiquette and skills
- Pleasant, friendly personality, eager to learn and with a high emphasis on customer service
- Previous experience of a CRM system a plus
- Knowledge and experience of the real estate sector a bonus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Motivated, tenacious personality
