Due to continuous expansion of our operations, we currently seek for a dynamic individual to assume the role of HR Recruiter.

Job Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the Recruitment process from A to Z
• Prepare recruitment materials for each job opening
• Source/Recruit and Headhunt candidates by using company’s database, social media etc.
• Being responsible for first screening of candidates
• Daily communication with candidates ensuring the process is communicated with the candidates at all stages
• Design/Implement and manage along with the HR Manager the overall Recruitment Strategy
• Being part of any other HR activities (Administration/ Welfare activities)

Person Specification:

• Degree of Postgraduate Qualification relate to Huma Resources will be considered as an advantage.
• 1-year experience in a similar position is a MUST
• Hands on experience with various selection process (phone interviews/reference check/in person interviews)
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, oral and written
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working well under pressure
