Blue Orange Property Management Services Ltd, a company of Pafilia Group, is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Administrator/ Receptionist to join a highly active and passionate team.
Location: Main Office, Pafos
Duties and responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact to customers at the Reception and executes Receptionist duties and responsibilities and as well as provide support at the Customer Care Department
- Ensures that full and accurate customer records are kept on file
- Ensures that regular and effective communication is maintained with all customers
- Ensures that problems are identified and rectified promptly
- Ensures effective after sales customer service and support, related to communal areas, landscaping, housing and pool maintenance, property cleaning and security surveillance
- Handles any customer complaints and diligently seek immediate and effective remedy
- Monitors customer interactions and personal response rate, quality of response to issues that may arise and effective issue resolution.
Necessary requirements:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field will be an advantage
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Property industry knowledge required
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
- Knowledge of the Russian language, both written and oral is a must
- Very good knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
