We are an international company active in the software, information technology, and digital marketing/advertising sectors, which has recently established a division in Larnaca, Cyprus. We are seeking to employ a versatile individual who will oversee the personnel function and undertake certain administrative support roles.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To confer with management, and apply company policies and philosophy to the personnel function
- To oversee the hiring and recruitment process, and conduct selection interviews
- To liaise with and assist the legal department in drawing up contracts of employment
- To maintain personnel records, and monitor employee performance
- To review and evaluate time and activity logs, and assist in the accounting department's payroll depositionTo act as conduit between staff and management, and to undertake such actions as will maintain a pleasant and co-operative working environment
- SKILLS and QUALITIES
- A relevant college or equivalent degree in Human Resources
- 2-3 years experience as a HR assistant
- Have recruitment and hiring skills
- Be computer literate, with emphasis on Excel
- Be fluent in English, oral and written
- Be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, organizational, and with a personable disposition
- Keenness to join a young and dynamic venture in the field of high-tech at grassroot level, and acquire invaluable experience
