Winstonfield Property Developers is seeking to recruit Real Estate Associates that love challenges and are ready to expand their skills by promoting a high-end project. The position is for full employment.

The main responsibilities are:

• Promote Winstonfield Residence Project in Cyprus and abroad 
• Achieve Sales Targets 
• Develop Sales Strategies
• Create and sustain strong customer relationships
• Liaise on a constant basis with Real Estate Agents in Cyprus and abroad.

Qualifications:

• Very Good Knowledge of the English language. Any other language will be considered as an advantage.
• Able to work on self-motivation basis
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Team player
• Previous experience in the real estate industry will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
