As Manager of Client Onboarding and Support, you will be responsible for the effective performance of the team onboarding and supporting our clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient, high quality and friendly support to clients
• Adherence to onboarding procedures and policies
• Mentoring and guiding the team
• Contributing to the team effort
• Developing and maintaining positive client relationships
• Evaluating the team, identifying training needs and strengthening performance
• Evaluating and Improving client support procedures

Key Requirements

• Energetic, creative leadership and effective communication
• Meeting challenges in a timely manner
• Coaching, supporting and motivating the team
• At least 2 years’ relevant managerial experience in the financial industry
• Excellent command of verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus)
• Understanding of CFDs, cryptocurrencies, shares and MT5 platform are a plus
• CySEC certification is an advantage
