CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International and highly respected Accounting, Audit & Professional Services firm with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly capable Payroll Manager to join their expanding team of professionals. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Payroll, ideally within a professional services firm.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage a portfolio of payroll services clients and ensure the seamless, effective and accurate delivery of their payroll function on a monthly basis.
• Deliver personal taxation and social security compliance and advisory services to the Firm’s clients.
• Participate in international projects advising on tax and social security matters driven from the mobility of personnel in and out of Cyprus.
• Actively participate in the team’s business development efforts, presenting to clients across industry sectors the team’s payroll services offering.
• Lead and coach junior members of the team in the delivery of work and support them in their personal development journey.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in Finance, Economics or in a related field and/or Holder of a Professional Qualification (e.g. ACA / ACCA).
• 4 - 5 years of experience in a professional services firm in a related field or in a payroll management position in a large organisation.
• Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to lead teams and coach more junior members of staff.
• Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
