Our client is a leading real estate and property development company based in Cyprus. 

On behalf of our client, EY People Advisory Services (PAS) is currently seeking to recruit:

Project Manager,Limassol

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
  • Deal with bill of quantities and specifications
  • Conduct quality checks and analysis of problems in products and processes
  • Ensure that the source components comply with the company’s quality standards

Job requirements; qualifications, skills and attributes:

  • University Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related field from a recognised university
  • Working experience in construction of at least 4 years
  • Good technical knowledge of industry standards, products specification and market key sub-contractors
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
