Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Corporate or Commercial or Retail Exposures Department of the NPL Division. Main responsibilities include:

• Communicate and arrange meetings with clients with non-performing loans
• Collect the necessary data and information, so as to perform an effective and analytical evaluation of each client, regarding their financial capacity
• Negotiate with clients so as to reach a joint decision and acceptance of a sustainable proposal for their non-performing loans
• Prepare proposals to clients, for potential restructuring solutions for their non-performing loans, on a timely manner
• Prepare the final proposal to clients based on the Company’s policies and procedures
• Monitor the smooth repayment of the restructured loans and communicate with clients in case new problems arise for the repayment
• Implement the Company’s policies with regards to restructuring of non-performing loans
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager of the Department

Profile of the ideal candidate: 

• Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in the field of Economics / Business Administration or in a related field or Professional Qualification (ACCA, ACA, ACIB / AIB)
• At least two (2) years of proven work experience in new lending and / or restructuring, monitoring of non-performing loans is a must
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate with confidence
• Methodical and results-oriented
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• High levels of integrity and work ethic
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
