On behalf of our client, a leading land and building development Group with a distinctive portfolio of Residential and Commercial properties in prime locations, we seek to recruit an experienced and high caliber professional for the position of Real Estate Sales Manager, to be based in Limassol. 

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the sales strategy of the Group and leading and overseeing the planning and the execution of the Group’s sales initiatives and activities, ensuring sales revenue growth. More specifically, key responsibilities of the person to be appointed include, amongst other:

  • Propose, lead and oversee the preparation, development and execution of sales strategies and sales action plans and tactics in order to increase Group’s performance and achieve sales revenue growth
  • Direct and coordinate the identification and assessment of the Group’s principal sales channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential or existing high profile clients, in order to create new sales opportunities
  • Monitor the performance of the sales management team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Review and evaluate detailed sales reports to determine the Group’s profitability
  • Work across teams and other departments within the Group to identify any
    process improvements and improve standards and efficiency
  • Overview all cross functional departments (i.e. Marketing) in order to optimize the efficiency of the Group’s sales forecasting, budgeting, planning and other sales initiatives
  • Attend local, international exhibitions and networking events to promote the Group’s products and services 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline
  • An MBA will be considered an advantage
  • At least 10 (ten) years’ experience in a similar position, in Real Estate sales
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strategic and forward thinking
  • Commercial awareness, business orientation and sales acumen
  • Managerial experience would be considered as an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of the Cypriot real estate market
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
