We are looking for… HR Manager

On behalf of our client, EY People Advisory Services (PAS) is currently seeking to recruit an HR Manager in Nicosia.

The ideal candidate should have a professional approach and be able to support the company’s management to define and design the HR Strategy in alignment with the company’s business strategy. He/she will also be responsible to implement and maintain the HR Strategy and to ensure the HR department's smooth operations.

You should be passionate about:

• Ensuring that the company’s employee policies and procedures are followed
• Managing labour relations issues based on company discipline and labour law framework
• Analysing the company needs regarding recruitment and takes the necessary actions for managing the recruitment process
• Analysing the employees training needs
• Creating and managing the training budget
• Organizing, co-ordinating and managing training for all employees
• Managing the on-boarding process for new employees
• Organizing, co-ordinating and managing various personnel practices and systems
• Managing the employee’s evaluation process and taking the necessary actions
• Suggesting and planning various activities to enhance the positive working environment of the company
• Working with the company’s management team to achieve HR priorities and targets
• Collaborating with other managers in the business to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective
• Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams

Things you need:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 6 years’ experience in an HR managerial position
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Cyprus Labour Law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
